Bosch AXT 25 D Review

The Bosch AXT 25 D Quiet Shredder is a powerful, easy to use and overall well designed machine which cuts hard wood, branches and hedge cuttings with a diameter of up to 4cm. Its cutting blades are powered by a 2500W motor and achieve a high throughput of approximately 175kg per hour. The shredder has a special 'pulse' function which releases blockages by reversing the cutting direction.

We like the fact that the Bosch AXT 25 D Quiet Shredder cuts material into small pieces, thereby reducing the space taken up in the hopper. The hopper has a large 53 litre capacity and can be emptied quickly as and when needed. Note that due to safety, the machine will only run when the hopper is installed. A plunger is included for convenience.
