OREGON CS1400 Review

The OREGON CS1400 Chainsaw is a high performance, ergonomic and easy to use electric tool. It cuts logs rapidly with a cutting speed of 14.7 metres per second, all whilst creating little noise and minimal vibration. It's mains powered and features a 2400W motor which delivers consistent power/performance. It also starts up instantly, which is very handy, especially with frequent use.

The OREGON CS1400 Electric Chainsaw has several useful and highly practical features. The chain is automatically lubricated to minimise wear and tear. It also lets you cut uninterrupted for long periods of time. We like the tool-free tensioning ring which is very useful. Note that the chainsaw has a DuraCut saw chain which is tougher than the usual type of chain.

• Tool-Free Tensioning - The OREGON CS1400 Electric Chainsaw's chain can be tightened with the tensioning ring. It doesn't require the use of tools.
• DuraCut Saw Chain - The chainsaw has a DuraCut saw chain which is extra-durable.
