The Bosch AHS 60-16 Hedge Trimmer is a high performance hedge, bush and shrub trimmer which is ideally suited to small to medium sized hedges. It has a long blade length for cutting hedges quickly, and a 16mm tooth spacing for effective trimming. All in all, it's a compact, lightweight and powerful tool.

The Bosch AHS 60-16 has an ergonomic design which includes the use of a soft-grip handle. It's also incredibly lightweight (2.8kg) and is well balanced to reduce strain and fatigue. One feature of particular interest is the blade cover which protects the cutting blades from damage (e.g. from walls, the ground, etc.)

Summary

All things considered, the Bosch AHS 60-16 Hedge Trimmer is a well made and highly effective electric tool. Clearly a lot of thought has gone into the design as it's comfortable to use, lightweight and it also works extremely well. We particularly like its diamond ground blades which produce a neat/tidy/clean cut. We also like the trimmer's ergonomic and soft-grip handle. We rate the Bosch AHS 60-16 Hedge Trimmer 4.5 out of 5 stars.
