Its cutting head rotates by up to 120 degrees, letting you cut awkwardly positioned branches, and its telescopic handle extends the tool to as long as 2.6 metres. • Tilting Head / Telescopic Handle - The cutting head tilts back and forth. It can be moved up to 120 degrees, letting you easily cut awkwardly angled branches. Note that the handle is telescopic to allow for extra reach. It extends the tool between 2.1 and 2.6 metres.
