The Hyundai HYC2400E Chainsaw is an electric chainsaw which is designed for medium sized trees and extra-thick / dense logs. It has a 16 Inch (40.6cm) guide bar and a 40cm chain which reaches speeds of up to 15 metres per second. The chainsaw is lightweight, ergonomic and easy to maintain. For example, it has automatic chain lubrication. Assembly the chainsaw is simple and tool-free. Tensing the chain can also be done without tools.

The chainsaw has several features of interest. It has a toughened steel spike bumper for improved stability and a powerful electric motor (2400W) which provides sufficient power to the blades. This motor also increases the chain speed as the chain's load increases, thereby helping to provide consistent performance. Note that to reduce wear and tear to where the cable enters the handle, the chainsaw has a cable loop feature.
